This policy covers international shipping for orders placed with BB NIKI. It applies to all products shipped from our Australian fulfilment centres to destinations outside Australia.
Certain countries and regions may be restricted due to customs, regulatory, or courier limitations. If a destination is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.
Shipping methods and transit times
Standard International: Typically 8–18 business days depending on destination. Economical option with tracking; delivery time may vary.
Express International: Typically 3–7 business days depending on destination. Faster service with full tracking and priority handling.
Transit times are estimates only and do not account for customs clearance, local postal delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events. During peak periods transit times may be longer.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
Destination country
Total weight and dimensions of the order
Chosen shipping method
Customs, duties and taxes Import duties, taxes (including GST/VAT), and customs clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. We recommend checking local import regulations and fee estimates before placing an order.
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates depend on the courier and destination; some standard services provide limited tracking once the parcel leaves Australia.
Returns:
We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Orders not received:
All orders are shipped with tracking
If your tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received your parcel, please contact your local postal service (e.g. USPS) first.
We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered.
